This will give you some insight into how to present from both angles. I will also demonstrate how to use the tools we have available to us to educate your prospects. If you truly want to be successful, start thinking of yourself as successful.

The only thing that stands between you and what you want from life,
is simply the will to try it and the faith to believe that it is possible.

There is nothing on earth that you can't have,
once you mentally accept the fact that you can have it.

The feeling must come first.
If you actually feel successful, if you have a deep inner conviction
that you'll always have all that you need, it will be so.

Whatever your mind can conceive and believe in,
your mind can help you achieve.

About Me

O.k so like I'm not the type of person to kiss and tell about my business....
Well last night after I took my shower.....{yes us spanish ppl take showers also}
LOL.....j/k hey besides it was saturday

O.k but seriously after I shampooed my hair then towel dried it I did my ritual of deep conditioning it ....well yesterday was my last last straw that broke the camels back..... I got so much hair that fell off that I was almost mortified.......

NO WAIT !!!!! I WAS MORTIFIED....This is when I realized that I had to do what I did not want to do for at least for another 2 yrs..... I was trying to grow my hair out till it reached my TOOSH[ well what's left of] but as I write this blog my hair is 5 in' below my bra line but 2' in from my waist.....My daughter and I are were trying to grow my hair out to donate it to cancer survivors and to the LOCKS OF LOVE..... alot of ppl kept on telling us to sell our hair ....but for me if I could help someone that needs a lil part of me so be it......

Unfortunatley my hair is not long enough to has to be from [my understanding] more then a foot long or so give or take a foot or here I am, I already made my appoinment to see my stylist....and I gotta tell ya I'm going thru all these emotions that I'm not sure what they are.

I'm not sad, mad, or maybe just lil upset... but being that my hair is so long and heavy it falls off alot more now especially when I'm in the shower..... This is why I want to stop being "mortified" every time I shower and condition.....

I know my hair doesn't make is my lovely they say.... My appt to see my best friend and stylist is this Friday.... I'm excited and scared and everything all rolled in to one......I'm not really sure if you all no where I'm coming from but I'm actually looking forward to this at the same time feeling kinda wierd....

Anyways , I guess I'll stop because I feel like I'm going on and on and not making any sense.....I would like to hear from everyone what your take on this is or if you had some sort of similar situation.....

I would love to hear from you all

Take Care Everyone.

Customer Love

By Mac Anderson
If your organization’s goal is to create a lasting service’re going to love this book! It is filled with
unforgettable true stories about individuals and
companies who have “wowed” their customers and
turned them into raving fans!

Excerpted from Customer Love
The 10 phrases from my friends at Walk the Talk are an illuminating reminder of how uncomplicated it is to make customers feel loved. People don’t care how much you know,
(or what you sell, or what type of service you provide) until they know how much you care!

The 10 most important words: “I apologize for our mistake. Let me make it right.”
When something goes wrong, most people just want to be heard and acknowledged. So listen, apologize, then ask what you can do to make it right.

The 9 most important words: “Thank you for your business. Please come back again.”
Repeat customers cost less than new customers and are often more loyal.

The 8 most important words: “I’m not sure, but I will find out.”
It’s ok if you don’t know the answer; it’s not ok to make the customer keep searching for it. That’s your job.

The 7 most important words: “What else can I do for you?”
Be prepared to go the extra mile, there is less competition there.

The 6 most important words: “What is most convenient for you?”
Your customers will be pleasantly surprised when you ask what’s convenient for them.

The 5 most important words: “How may I serve you?”
This question reinforces your role in the relationship. Play that role the best you can.

The 4 most important words: “How did we do?”
Feedback is critical. Your customers have a unique perspective and they appreciate being asked.

The 3 most important words: “Glad you’re here!”Customers who feel welcome spend more time, more money, and are more likely to return.

The 2 most important words: “Thank you.”Basic manners…but how often do you get thanked when you’re the customer?

The MOST important word: “Yes.”Become a yes person.

When you give to others, you'll find yourself blessed.
The more you sow,
the more you reap.

It's a universal law:You have to give before you get.
You must first plant your seeds before you reap the harvest.
The law works to give you back more than you have sown.

He who obtains has little.
He who scatters has much.

Nature does not give to those who will not spend.
You only get to keep what you give away. ☺
