What Have You Been Saying NO To?

WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN SAYING NO TO? Do you immediately discount something before you have even gone within and checked with your heart to see if what is trying to emerge is in fact something that will serve you and the highest good of all? Is NO a force of habit and since change is not the easiest concept to embrace you automatically assume the NO position as a means of avoiding conflict and therefore perhaps miss a great opportunity to allow something other than the little small voice within you to speak louder than the real truth of who you are.

When you allow assumptions to make choices for you those choices are not centered in the absolute divine wisdom and intelligence that is always looking to support you. You could be missing out on the greatest discovery of all by simply immediately saying no to something. If you would just give yourself the freedom to say yes even though the yes would mean taking a leap of faith a whole new way of seeing and living your life could emerge.

There is a perfect and magnificent order to the universe that always governs our every decision and will always move us in the perfect direction towards our intended desire. In order for this infinite intelligence to operate through us we must be open to possibilities that sometimes may look and seem uncomfortable. You wouldn't know they were uncomfortable though unless you gave yourself permission to feel the feelings and emotions that come with exploring new experiences in your life.

WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN SAYING NO TO is a powerful question you must always ask yourself. It will keep fully aware and present to the present moment. Keep stretching yourself in ways that are unfamiliar so that you can become more familiar to the awesome genius inside of you.

Unleash the brilliance that is part of your DNA in every way so that each d ay is an awesome journey. Never give up on something because it doesn't look like you think it should. NO is a powerful word use it wisely and when you do the mighty power of the sacred yes will guide you to a destination that is always unconditionally in harmony with the calling of your heart.

How to Stay Motivated by Dr. Denis Waitley

Be willing to say to yourself, “I’m on the right road. I’m doing OK. I’m succeeding.” We too frequently become adept at pointing out our flaws and identifying failures. Become equally adept at citing your achievements. Identify things you are doing now that you weren’t doing one month ago… six months ago… a year ago. What habits have changed? Chart your progress.

Doing well once or twice is relatively easy. Continuously moving ahead is tough, in part, because we so easily revert to old habits and former lifestyles. Over the long run, you need to give yourself regular feedback to monitor your performance and reinforce yourself positively. Don’t wait for an award ceremony, promotion, friend or mentor to show appreciation for your work. Take pride in your own efforts on a daily basis.

Keep the end result in sight. Always see the big picture of the ultimate goal you’re working for and the benefits that come with it. During World War II, parachutes were constructed by the thousands. From the workers’ point of view, the job was tedious and repetitive. (Like making “cold calls” on the phone or in person.) It involved crouching over a sewing machine eight to ten hours a day, stitching endless lengths of colorless fabric. The result was a seamless heap of cloth. But every morning the workers were reminded that each stitch was part of a life-saving operation. As they sewed, they were asked to think that this might be the parachute used by their husband, brother or son. Although the work was hard and the hours long, the women and men on the assembly line understood their contribution to the larger picture. The same should be true with your work. Each thing you do benefits the health and well-being of adults and children throughout the world, not just generally, but specifically. These are the visions that drive us through the tedious details to reach the top.

Set up a dynamic daily routine. Getting into a positive routine or groove, instead of a negative rut, will help you become more effective. Why is the subway the most energy-efficient means of transportation? Because it runs on a track.

Think of the order in your day, instead of the routine. Order is not sameness, neatness or everything exactly in its place. Order is not taking on more than you can manage, without still being able to do what you really choose. Order is the opposite of complication; it’s simplification. Order is not wasting a lot of time trying to find things. Order is avoiding a lot of recriminations because you didn’t do something you promised. Order is setting an effective agenda with others, so neither of you is disappointed. Order is doing in a day what you set out to do.

Order frees you up. Get into the swing of a healthy, daily routine and discover how much more control you’ll gain in your life.

Letting go of all that doesn't serve you anymore sometimes can be fearful. That's because we are so used to living life in a certain way that we become habitized in our thinking causing us to believe that what we think is the only way to be. This is absolutely not the way it is.

Great discoveries never came about without having a willingness to step out of the box we might be in and becoming willing to try something new on and to see how it fits. This new paradigm shift might feel uncomfortable at first but it is when we challenge ourselves to go from the uncomfortable to the comfortable that real change occurs.

Rather than compromise your desire to become more of who you are by accepting mediocrity make the only decision that will create a new consciousness for you...say yes to all of life and chart a new course that is big, bold, and exciting. Become enthusiastic at what lays ahead as you SURRENDER to what is seeking to emerge in you.

Don't question the process question that which is holding you back. Release and let go and enjoy the ride. SURRENDER. Some of us might think that means giving up on something. Some of us might thing that is giving up on ourselves. That is not what SURRENDER is.

We are not at war with ourselves or anyone. We are here to express the magnificence and brilliance of who we are in the most powerful way possible. So SURRENDER here means giving into the majestic excellence of who you really are. You are the perfect expression of divine wisdom and intelligence.

You are on a path that is lined with infinite opportunities that are calling out to you every step of the way. This journey known as your life is in perfect harmony with the universe. Once you embrace the truth that there is abundance and prosperity all around you then you effortlessly step into a place of supreme consciousness attuned to your surroundings as you awaken you to the real truth about who you are.

You become more aligned with the calling of your heart as you embrace your passion with confidence. We all have a purpose that is much bigger than who we think we are so SURRENDER to that vision and release your rainbow of creation and create the life you desire. It's up to you, Nows the time to claim your destiny.

Seven Critical People Rules to Live By

1. Listen without judging.
Encourage open and honest feedback between yourself and all of your people. Determine what they want to get out of the job: What are their goals? What do they need? What obstacles are they facing? Approach each topic or concern by really listening with your heart and without judgment. You must encourage your people to share their needs, dreams, and obstacles with you. You need open, honest discussion and feedback to help them achieve excellence.

2. Empathize and show compassion.

Spend time with each of your people and find out what is happening in their lives—not only at work, but in their personal lives as well. Empathy is the ability to actually feel the pain or joy of another person. Empathy helps you understand someone else's position, and is the first step to showing compassion. I see compassion as " the commitment to connect with passion." Whenever your employees make the effort to share feelings, concerns, suggestions, or constructive criticism, you need to show that you care. By taking a true interest in your staff, you will relay to them that your company not only cares about its bottom line, but it also cares about each individual working there.

3. Be authentic.
Reflect often on your goals for people, making sure they come from your heartfelt desire to improve your employees' skills and their lives. Understand that people need to feel challenged and believe that their work adds value. By treating your employees as people (and not simply as a means to increase revenue), you will gain their respect. They will genuinely work harder because they believe in the work that they are doing and in you as a leader. This can absolutely be compatible with your desire to improve results.

We have to get our heads and our hearts reconnected. We have to get our hearts connected with other people's hearts. It means leading with the wisdom in your heart.

Permission To Grow

Where do you hold back from expressing all the excellence that you are? What makes you second guess yourself from stepping into and being the brilliant light that is within you? Who and what creates a roadblock to your success because you are afraid to let go of the old idea you thought you were so you can chart a course and begin the journey to becoming more and more of who you really are?

These are great questions to contemplate on and to answer. Truthfully and authentically. The natural state of our being is one of anything is possible and therefore the choices we make and the actions we take are already in complete alignment with what our divine appointment is. Then something happens...we give up on ourselves, we let others determine our path, we give in to the fear of not being enough, we forget what our dreams are and we settle for living a mediocre existence rather than striving for the natural magnificence that we are.

It is only when we give ourselves Permission To Grow to reach our true potential that LIFE recognizes our willingness to courageously break free form limiting thinking and accept that our life's are full of abundance and prosperity as the universe seeks to give us everything we need to manifest all we desire.

There is calling in each and every one of us that speaks so beautifully in ways that encourage us to step into the grace and presence of who we are. This voice of nurturing sees the essence of who we are and is always sending supporting ideas and thoughts to us so that we may step into our power and claim our destiny. The only thing that stands in the way of our reaching all the goals we set for ourselves is the limited thinking and beliefs that we make up.

There is no lack and limitation in the universe there is only abundance. Of course their are challenges but you get to choose to see them as obstacles or opportunities. You get to choose how you are going to react and what actions you will take to continue to blaze a path of success in all you do. You get to give yourself Permission To Grow and become all you know you are. Always remember you are a unique human being gifted with extraordinary talents to achieve anything you set your mind on.

Change Is Good…You Go First

Change is not easy. But it is simple. Things will always change. We don’t have a choice about that, but we do have a choice on how we react to change. The choice really boils down to this: Either we manage change, or it will manage us.

As a leader, however, deciding to make changes is the easy part. Getting your people on board is much more difficult. Why is that? Quite simply, change is an emotional process. We are all creatures of habit who usually resist it, and welcome routine. Unchartered waters are scary! In the long run, however, sameness is the fast track to mediocrity. And mediocre companies won’t survive. Tuli Kupferburg said it best…“When patterns are broken, new worlds emerge.” And that is your challenge…to convince your team that the new world you are trying to create is better than the one you’re in. Is it easy? Of course not. It takes planning, commitment, patience, and courage.

The truth, of course, is that change can be a wonderful gift. In fact, it is the key that unlocks the doors to growth and excitement in any organization. And, most importantly, without it, your competition will pass you by. A big part of success, as a leader, will be your ability to inspire your team to get out of their comfort zones; to assure them that even though they are on a new path, it’s the right path, for the right reasons.

Flood Your Awareness

There are choices we an make that support and guide us in empowering ways towards the goals we set for ourselves. I find that when we open our hearts and minds to things that inspire us we start to create new ways of thinking, new habits that transform us and a whole new way of how we show up in out life. Wouldn't it be wonderful to do one new thing a day that creates a sense of wonder within? How cool would it be to discover new ways to freshen up an old paradigm that has kept you stuck in "your way of doing things"

Imagine that if you let your mind just go for it and think thoughts that would open you up to a whole new world of possibility rather than censor yourself in beliefs that things are impossible how much you could create by just saying yes and going for it. When you Flood Your Awareness with uplifting and empowering thoughts and materials what you get is new ways of being and old habits just fall away as life begins to take on a new picture of what's really possible.

Imagine yourself as a painter and you are starting your day with a blank canvas. You look at the canvas and you begin to imagine what it is you want to create. You start to Flood Your Awareness with thoughts and ideas that only you can create. You are the brush and the brush stroke. You are the paint and the colors. You are one with the force inside of you that is calling out to you to begin to paint the picture you have inside and bring it forth. You are creating the visible from the invisible. You have total freedom to create anything you can think of. This is your life.

There is no thing in between you and your piece of art except the thoughts that you are creating as you begin to express them on the canvas. This is how LIFE is. You get to decide what you want it to look like. You get to pick the ways in which you want to look at it. You get to say what it will be and choose what actions are necessary to get to where you want to go. Begin each day with an attitude of gratitude that you have all you need to be all you want to be as youFlood Your Awareness with thoughts of success that bring you closer and closer to the passion in your heart. Enjoy the journey because the ride will be authentic and amazing.

Excerpted from The Essence of Leadership

On March 5, 2003, I turned on Good Morning, America while eating breakfast. Charles Gibson was interviewing General Earl Hailston, the commanding general of Marine Forces Central Command. The general was waiting with his troops just a few miles off the border of Iraq…waiting to go to war. General Hailston is the only general in the armed forces who had enlisted and came up through the ranks, and as he spoke, I was impressed by his humble and caring attitude.

Toward the end of the interview, his answer to a question touched me deeply. When Charles asked him if he had any hobbies outside of his work, the general said, “Yes, I love photography, especially taking photos of my men.” He shared that while he had been waiting for the past few days he would take photos of his men, and at night he would email the photos with a brief note to their mothers back in the USA. Charles asked if he could see a sample of a letter, and the general walked into his tent, turned on his computer, and read the last letter he had sent. It said:

Dear Mrs. Johnson,

I thought you might enjoy seeing this picture of your son. He is doing great. I also wanted you to know that you did a wonderful job of raising him. You must be very proud. I can certainly tell you that I’m honored to serve with him in the U.S. Marines.

Wow! I had goose bumps as I watched. I then watched Charles randomly interview a few of General Hailston’s men. You could feel the genuine love and respect that every one of them had for their leader. You may have heard the quote, “They don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” Well, here’s a man who truly understood what caring leadership is all about.

Step 2: Intensify your Desire to Achieve your Goal

Have you ever failed to achieve your goals?

Do you know the single most important reason why you couldn’t reach it?

The answer is simple: Because we did not have a strong enough desire.

Some may argue with that. "But I did have a strong desire and still I didn't get there."

Sorry, but if you didn’t reach your goal your desire was still not strong enough.

So what is the intense desire, passion?

It's what keeps people working all hours, up early, late to bed. The desire dominates conversation, thinking, actions.

Take a moment to think about the goal you've set for yourself.

How committed are you to achieving this goal?

Under what conditions would you give up?

What if you wanted them so badly that you knew with absolute certainty that you would absolutely, positively never ever give up?

Make sure your desire is strong enough and let's go to the next step!

Helping Others – and Yourself – Grow Through Mentoring

Men-tor n. A wise and trusted counselor or teacher.

Looking for a way to help your people develop, grow, and improve their performance? Like to do the same for yourself? If so, you need to try MENTORING. If ever there was a “win-win” process, this is it!

By definition, mentoring is a relationship between an experienced person and a less experienced person for the purpose of helping the individual with less experience learn and grow. Mentoring is a great way to serve your people … and yourself. As team members develop in both knowledge and skills, their performance naturally improves. When that happens, everyone wins. And you’ll find that YOU grow by mentoring, as well. As you reflect on your life experiences and distill them into nuggets to share with others, you “re-experience” the wisdom that’s inside of you. What’s wrong with that picture? NOTHING!

So, consider adding mentoring to your leadership strategies. And as you do, keep the following in mind:

All mentoring relationships need to focus on the people being mentored. Remember that it’s not about you – it’s about them. Accept them for who they are. Help them advance at their own place.

Avoid treating people you are mentoring as incompetent or incapable. Rather, think of them as individuals lacking in experience … valuable team members who need guidance. And don’t forget where YOU came from. Earlier in your career, you didn’t know what you know now. Why should they?

Don’t criticize or belittle. Instead, help “mentorees” think through the consequences of their behavior and to identify more positive ways of handling difficult or troubling situations. And, by all means, hold the people you are mentoring responsible for their success. Be willing to give of yourself and your time, but insist that they do the same

MLM Lead Generation: How To Unsubscribe From MLM Lead Prospecting Robocalls Like Ibuzzpro

This describes mlm lead generation, mlm lead lists, mlm leads and how to remove or unsubscribe yourself from mlm prospecting robocalls like ibuzzpro.

If you’re like most mlm distributors I know, you’re receiving at least a dozen of mlm lead generation prospecting calls a week from robocall systems like ibuzzpro. Each call starts out with something like…

“Hello there… I was looking at your business on the Internet and I just have a few questions… If you could call me back…”

If you’re like me, you’ve dialed a few back only to find that you have dialed into a Sizzle Line that is prospecting you.

Has that happened to you?

In today’s article, I’m going to give you a quick tip on how to remove yourself from that caller’s list. Now keep in mind that it won’t remove you from everyone’s list. But hopefully it will remove you from this caller’s list.

Whenever you receive a pre-recorded robo call, hit the 9 key on your telephone keypad. You should hear a recording that tells you that you have been removed from future calls.

If the 9 key doesn’t work, hit the 8 key.

If the 8 key doesn’t work, hit the 7 key.

You get the idea. Start hitting keys one by one until you hit a key that makes the service unsubscribe you.

Ideally robocall services are supposed to allow consumers the ability to unsubscribe themselves in this manner. That doesn’t mean they’ll offer it to you. Nor does it mean that they’ll honor your unsubscribe request. But that’s how it is supposed to work.

I don’t know about you but I find robocalls from systems like ibuzzpro to be a big annoyance. They tie up my time and my resources. And I’m sure they do the same for you.

You know, I started to ask myself… “What kind of distributor is attracted to robocall systems like ibuzzpro?”

It seems to me that using robocall techniques for mlm lead list prospecting is a lot like sending out 100,000s of prospecting bulk emails. You have to throw a lot out there in order to find anything. And when you do, you make a lot of people mad. And you’ve created a mess. In the case of robocalls, you’ll be creating a legal mess for yourself soon if you continue to use robocalls for mlm lead prospecting as it becomes illegal beginning September 1, 2009.

Instead of blasting people with robocalls, consider calling people individually. Interview them. See if they’re a match for you and your business. That is how the big players of our industry have built their businesses. They’ve taken “cold market” people and turned them into their personal, extended “warm market”.

Finding Your "One Thing"

In the movie City Slickers, a group of friends take a “vacation” at a dude ranch. Curley, played by Jack Palance, is a crusty yet wise old cowboy who shares the following with Mitch, played by Billy Crystal:

Curley: Do you know what the secret of life is?
Mitch: No, what?
Curley: This. (Holds up his index finger.)
Mitch: Your finger?
Curley: One thing. Just one thing. You stick to that and everything else don’t mean [anything].
Mitch: That’s great, but what’s the one thing?
Curley: That’s what you’ve got to figure out!

Great scene … great advice. Leaders have to figure out the One Thing that defines a meaningful purpose for their teams. The One Thing should answer the question Why are we here? You may think that finding that focus isn’t critical; but in fact, it’s essential to your success. The most important thing in business (and life) is deciding what is most important.

Your team’s One Thing might be: producing defect-free materials; providing the fastest service available; developing leading-edge products; creating relationships that customers cannot walk away from; or meeting the technology needs of other departments. These are just examples – your One Thing has to be your One Thing. And it should guide all of your decisions and actions.

Even after you find your One Thing, sticking to it can be a challenge while you put out fires and explore new opportunities. Don’t be tempted to think, as some do, that you can keep piling on initiatives and still maintain your team’s focus. You may find yourself in the middle of the “Ship is Adrift” Syndrome. Instead, consider automating, streamlining or outsourcing areas that are not core to your team’s operation.

A laser-sharp focus does not happen overnight. It takes time and effort to refine, reinforce, and communi-cate your One Thing. But you need to start now. Blurred focus creates confusion – resulting in diffused employee efforts. Stay focused! Remember Curley!

About Me

O.k so like I'm not the type of person to kiss and tell about my business....
Well last night after I took my shower.....{yes us spanish ppl take showers also}
LOL.....j/k hey besides it was saturday

O.k but seriously after I shampooed my hair then towel dried it I did my ritual of deep conditioning it ....well yesterday was my last last straw that broke the camels back..... I got so much hair that fell off that I was almost mortified.......

NO WAIT !!!!! I WAS MORTIFIED....This is when I realized that I had to do what I did not want to do for at least for another 2 yrs..... I was trying to grow my hair out till it reached my TOOSH[ well what's left of] but as I write this blog my hair is 5 in' below my bra line but 2' in from my waist.....My daughter and I are were trying to grow my hair out to donate it to cancer survivors and to the LOCKS OF LOVE..... alot of ppl kept on telling us to sell our hair ....but for me if I could help someone that needs a lil part of me so be it......

Unfortunatley my hair is not long enough to has to be from [my understanding] more then a foot long or so give or take a foot or here I am, I already made my appoinment to see my stylist....and I gotta tell ya I'm going thru all these emotions that I'm not sure what they are.

I'm not sad, mad, or maybe just lil upset... but being that my hair is so long and heavy it falls off alot more now especially when I'm in the shower..... This is why I want to stop being "mortified" every time I shower and condition.....

I know my hair doesn't make is my lovely they say.... My appt to see my best friend and stylist is this Friday.... I'm excited and scared and everything all rolled in to one......I'm not really sure if you all no where I'm coming from but I'm actually looking forward to this at the same time feeling kinda wierd....

Anyways , I guess I'll stop because I feel like I'm going on and on and not making any sense.....I would like to hear from everyone what your take on this is or if you had some sort of similar situation.....

Are you ready to go at a moment’s notice?

If someone said to you right now, this very minute, that they were thinking about something they could do from home and would love to find out more about your company, would you know what to do? Would you stutter with excitement and then overwhelm them with every aspect of everything you know? Would you tell them you will mail them information? Would you tell them you’d have to have your upline talk to them?

Think about how most consumers in this country buy. We are, for the most part, impulse buyers, wouldn’t you agree? Retailers know that “striking while the iron is hot” is the key to effective selling. When we pick something up on impulse and take it to the cashier at a store, we put it on the counter, the cashier rings it up, bags it and takes payment from us. It’s as simple as that.

How would it be if the cashier felt obligated to spend 15 minutes giving us a lengthy explanation of how and where the product was manufactured? Or, if she asked us if we could leave (the product) with her and come back tomorrow when her manager could give us that information? How likely would it be that we would still make the purchase? Certainly, that chances might go down, wouldn’t you agree?

Our point is this, be ready when someone wants to buy. We sell not only our product but our opportunity. Are you as ready to sell the business opportunity as you are to order product for a customer? Can you answer “yes” to the following statements?
~ I know the cost
~ I can fill out a consultant agreement with as much ease as a customer product order form
~ I know payment options
~ I understand any “quick start” incentives my company might be offering
~ I can explain simply (on a paper dessert napkin) how we get paid
~ I know what to do with the application once it is filled out and can tell my new team member when to expect her kit of products to be delivered.
~ I know how new consultant training works in my company.

Obviously there are a lot more things that a new consultant will need to know to get her business started, but for the purposes of getting her kit ordered, (remember, the impulse buy); these are the bare-bone basics. If you answered “yes” to the above questions, congratulations, you will soon be building or adding to your team! Beware the Dream Stealers by Dr. Denis Waitley

Although your own internal measurements are the most important, you will occasionally need to seek external feedback on your progress toward your goals. When you do, be sure it is from people who are truly interested in seeing you succeed. Don't seek feedback from fair-weather friends, competitive peers, or any person who doesn't have your best interests at heart. Neutral doesn't count. Get feedback from someone who is on your side but will still be objective and honest with you.

I've observed time and again that misery truly does love company. Jealousy creates some of the most miserable people I know. Surpass the achievements of your particular social crowd or your business colleagues, and look out for the slings and arrows of those who wish you were back where they are. You have to dodge the snide remarks and catty comments. Let them roll right off you. Don't internalize them.

Only pay attention to feedback from those who have similar goals or who are working actively alongside you to achieve goals of their own. Motives and fears run deep. Study them in others. The sympathetic fair-weather friend who supports you and comforts you when you're down, may like you best when you are in just that state: down and dependent.

Ultimately, nobody else is responsible for your life but you. Nobody else is accountable for your actions but you. Therefore, nobody's expectations for you and opinions about you are as important as your own. So make sure those take precedence in your mind over all others, and if you do need to consult with someone else, think very carefully before you choose exactly who.
Equally important, be prepared to sell your ideas to an indifferent world. As passionate as you are about your business and the fact that your products and services will have positive, life-changing benefits to everyone you meet, you are going to find resistance every time you tell your story.

People are most interested in their own dreams and goals. They have difficulty believing that you have found a better way than they have to reach them. They are suspicious and guarded when anyone tries to sell them or change their minds. Rather than have others steal your dreams by raining on them, ask questions and find out about their dreams before you launch into your sermon. People buy what they want first, then what they need. Find what turns them on. It may not be what turns you on. By helping others get what they want, you´ll get what you want too!

Today as I write this I reflect on how deeply I have been blessed with an awesome family......I have a loving husband . He is actually every women's dream....He brings me coffe when he sees me working on the computer or brings my food to me.....[w/o even me asking hin...what a guy....

He is a full blooded Mexican born 1954 in Durango, Rodeo de Linares, Mexico.....he came here as an illegal alien....and before everyone get their panties in a bunch.... he also paid his taxes in his real name....while he worked under a an assumed name...

When I 1st met him, in Michigan [ I was once his waitress...that's another] he was your "typical" mexican [pls forgive me for saying this if I offended anybody] he had the cowboy had , the huge belt buckle and those clog stoppers he called cowboy boots....... He always came to our house to see my had adopted him "spiritually" like her own son.... Well story begins 20 some yrs ago when he was trying to bring his children and "the other woman".... he was not married [not sure why] anyways he started to tell my mother his life story how he wanted better for his family......

But what I did not understand was why....he had over 200acres of land with all the farm animals you can think of....back then his property was worth about $500,000 in american $$$$.

But I guess he wanted to be in the U.S. that and he had placed a bet w/ some

Anyways when he went back to fetch his family he was not expecting to see what he saw....He had walked into his bedroom and found the mother of his 3 sons "with his own brother" in bed together.... They were so into what they "were doing" they didn't even hear or notice him....
So he turned around and went to the living room so when they came out they would see him sitting there......well after 2 hours of well you know, they came out and found him "patiently" waiting.....

My husband got up went into the room got all his belongings pack up and left and he has never looked back since..... My husband I kow for a fact would of killed them right then and there...he always carried at least 4 firearms with him...I guess that was the lifestyle for him back then...
But he thought of his sons and was a "MAN" about it and just never looked back...

Well when he came back to the states hetold my mom what had happened.... He tried to court me and tell me how much he liked me .............EEEEEE-YUCCCK !!!!! sorry charlie you ain't my type.....

Well a few months went by and he met another women [will call her mary] when I met her I knew exactly who she was.... she was the mother of an ex boyfriend of mine that like to do heroine and cocaine....

When he told me that he was going to "marry her" I felt like a knife had gone thru my heart...not that I was jealous but I was like ....."omg does he really know who she is....and what she does" .... Well after 6months he stopped by the house to say hi and to see how we have been doing.... He told us that Mary had cleaned him out....he had brought w/ him to the states to live comforatbly [ now we"re talking over21yrs ago] he brought with him about $150,000 his truck of the year.......well the "femal dog" cleaned him out w/in 6months...all on dope....

Well I felt sorry for him, he had lost his business, his woman to his brother, then this a soap opera right? gets better

So I had given him a proposition...I had told him "hey, how about I marry you, and fix your paper so you can become a resident, then once you are...we can divorce each other and we both go on our marry way?" but here are MY conditions I want $1,500 + a brand new washer and dryer"

Well he agreed to the terms and conditions..... well guess what we are still together and not only did he become a resident he became a U.S. Citizen..this was when it was cheap to become a only costed him $250.00....Now just for one person it cost over $1,500.....omgod who has that kind of money.......

So my point is that my husband has gone thru hell and back....but we are blessed because some how [ and I plead the 5th on this] we have 3 awesome children [my own kids with him]...he still has his 3 from the previous relationship..

He supports me with The Beauty company I represent, but mostly the gourmet candle company I represent......He is the best husband ever.........If I could but him in a bottle and sell him by the unit.....I would be a rich woman.but you know what I already consider myself rich...... I have everything that I could ever want.....but there are some goals that still need to be accomplished...which they will....

This one of the many reasons for me being successful with my business.... I love to get to know the ppl that I speak with.....I don't just bombard then with "my opportunity" get to know them.....You have to build relationships....listen to them..what is it they want, how much money do they want to make, why are looking for other "streams" of they have children....what motivates them to be independent.....and so forth

“When you know the ‘why’ the ‘how’ gets easy.” – Jim Rohn

We are going to hit on that “G” word again … Goals. By now you have had, or have at least have plans to have your “board meeting”. When you deciding on your goals and sharing them with your spouse, ask yourself the following questions:

1. How will I feel when I achieve the goal?
2. How will it benefit my business?
3. What will it do for my family?
4. How will I feel because of the difference I have made in the lives of others?

Here are 6 points to remember when goal setting:
1. A goal gains power when it is written down. This allows it to become substantial and it will then begin to sketch itself into your subconscious mind. Post your goal in various places around your house where you will see it often.

2. A goal gains power when it depicts an event. Put it in terms of who, what where, when and then add DETAIL!

3. A goal gains power when its benefits are expressed. Select your destination, define it, depict an actual event and put yourself into it. Be sure to make it exciting…it needs to lift your spirits!

It’s time for a BOARD MEETING!

It’s time for your annual BOARD MEETING! If you are married, it is imperative that you sit down with your spouse. (If you are single, sit down with yourself or a business buddy.) The agenda is simple and yet extremely effective for long range business planning. The goal is two-fold. Firstly, to know where you’d like to be at this time next year with your business. Secondly, it is to communicate and share mutual goals with your spouse. Men(spouses) don’t like surprises! This beginning of the year “board meeting” will include your spouse in your business (and vice versa) and will set a standard of “team work” within your household.

Take this meeting seriously; giving it the respect it deserves. Do this without the children underfoot (this may require a little planning and perhaps even a night out with a babysitter – YOU PAY!)

Together you will sit down with your calendars for the year. What events are in place for both of you? When will your spouse be in and out of town? What meetings (including kick-offs and conventions do you have coming up?) If you are attending your company’s annual incentive trip, what are the dates? What activities do the children have and when?

Take some time to reflect on last year. Running a home business has its own set of challenges and certainly impacts family life both positively and sometimes negatively. What worked well last year and what needs to change? Be prepared to hear some things you might not like, but try not to get defensive and take it personally.

Share your goals for your business this year with your spouse. What are you working for this year? What would you like your income to be at the end of 2005 and how will that help your family? Is there another family bill that you will commit to paying this year with your business income (this is music to every spouse’s ear!) What company incentives are you working toward and what’s in it for your family? What help do you need from your spouse? How do you need to help him/her? Men (spouses) don’t like surprises!

Finally, present your business plan. What will you need to do to accomplish this goal? How many parties and recruiting appointments must you hold each week? What will your work schedule be in terms of evenings or days when you will be out doing parties and appointments? Be ready to tweak and fine-tune based on input from your spouse.

Treat your business like a business. Have a plan, work it, and give your spouse the job of holding you accountable to the plan. You will find that communication is the key to smooth sailing in a home-based business. Put a post-it note on your bathroom mirror or your refrigerator and don’t take it down…

How much it is to join Mia Bella?
When you are on the enrollment page, you will have 3 start up options to choose from. For the basic starter pack (the cheapest start up option), it is $49.95 plus tax and shipping. After that, you will be enrolled into the Candle of the Month Program, which entitles you to purchase your products at true wholesale pricing (50% or better discount on most items)! Your Candle of the Month package is only $39.95 per month, and always includes products in a BRAND NEW scent just released by the company.

What is the Candle Of The Month?
The COTM is where you get a shipment of new candle scents to your home every month. It includes the following:

What is the commission?

You will earn 50% or better on most retail sales. If you choose to build a team by sponsoring others into the program you will earn 10% of the commissionable sales volume of all of the distributors that you personally sponsor, then 5% - 10% on the commissionable volume of the other levels, up to 8 levels deep!

Do you have different start up packages?

We sure do! There are 3 Start up packages that you can choose from. Regardless of which start up package that you choose, your monthly requirement after that is just your $39.95 COTM package. When will I be billed for my first Candle of the Month Package?

After you have purchased your start-up package you will only be billed for the COTM each month after that. Your 1st Candle of the month package will not be billed until the month following your enrollment.

For example... if you sign up in January, then your first candle of the month package will bill and ship in February on the day of the month that you chose when you enrolled.

Do you have direct deposit?

We sure do! If you would like direct deposit there is a document you can download from the backoffice after you've enrolled.

Are there any quotas?

Not at all! You run your business at your own pace.

Do you need a credit or debt card?

Yes you will need a credit or debt card in order to sign up. They will keep your card on record and they will automatically bill it each month either on the 1st or the 10th for your Candle of the Month package. You choose which day when you sign up.

Can I sign up for free?

You sure can! But the Associate Program is a unique program which entitles members to purchase candles and other products at a discount but you will pay approximately 30% more for your product than Candle of the Month Program members do.

You will earn @ 20% on most items, rather than the 50% or better that COTM members enjoy. With this program, you will not be on the Candle of The Month autoship program, so nothing will bill and ship automatically each month, but you will earn considerably less for your efforts.

Associate program members can receive a 5% commission on the sales activities of any distributor they personally sponsor into either the Candle of The Month or Associate program. The website is not included with the Associate program, but can be purchased for a monthly fee of $14.95 per month effective January 1st, 2009.
